Description: Enabling the possibility of a diverse hiring outcome is key aspect of our work. We place Chief Risk Officers, Chief Compliance Officers, Chief Internal Auditors, and CFOs across a diverse range of financial services businesses. We also provide our clients with search services at Board-level. Often there is significant personal liability attached to the roles that we handle, and sometimes there is a need for regulatory approval of these appointments. Is it possible to ‘turn the dial’ and hire creatively into roles within such technical and heavily regulated functions? Is it responsible to consider doing so? Are businesses and regulators cognisant of this additional possible barrier to the creation of diverse workforces in these functions specifically? What possible solutions exist?

We have mastered the art of online events, with inclusion at the core of every discussion that we host. We keep guest numbers for individual events low so that we can include every participant in our events, enabling a balanced selection of views and opinions, as well as encouraging discussion and ideas sharing. There is nothing disconnected or impersonal about our online sessions and it is always a pleasure to welcome new guests. We hope to bring people together at some in-person events in 2022.
