Inclusion & Diversity

Inclusion and diversity and its importance for modern business and the financial services industry lies at the heart of everything we do; the way we manage our projects, the events we organise and involve ourselves in, the thought leadership we produce and, fundamentally, the way in which we treat everyone we engage with.

Our team reflects this, with members from diverse backgrounds and ages. Our Founding Director, Caroline Keetch, is a passionate advocate for inclusion, and she and the business contribute extensively to initiatives such as the Diversity Project. Caroline writes articles and papers, speaks on panels and at industry events and co-leads the Ambassadors group for the Diversity Project. She is also a professional coach, specialising in supporting women from across the financial services industry through periods of professional challenge and change.

We are actively involved with initiatives such as Women On Boards and Investment2020, who are committed to increasing diversity across the industry. As a founding member of the Diversity Project Charity, and early signatories of the Change the Race:Ratio campaign, we are truly dedicated to driving meaningful change.

We seek to leave things better than we find them through our involvement and, as a business, we understand the importance and value of cognitive diversity for our clients’ success. Our thorough talent mapping, research, and methodology ensure a focus on diversity is prioritised in every search. We embed diversity analysis into our specialist talent market across every project that we handle, and provide detailed post-search diversity reviews on request, keeping clients informed every step of the way.

The Halsey Keetch Book Club regularly explores diversity, inclusion, equality, and kindness in business and we publish thought leadership pieces on these topics. We also host roundtable breakfast events, webinars, and speak at external events to drive progress.
