The Halsey Keetch Story
Founded in 1988, we are recognised as a leading governance, regulatory and controls specialist search firm, and have placed hundreds of people into leadership roles across the evolving compliance, financial crime, risk, audit and finance disciplines over the years. We were established by our late founder, Nigel Halsey, specifically to focus on these areas as they were emerging as a key component of the financial services industry’s architecture. Our firm was rebranded in 2015 by Alex and Caroline Keetch and we continue to focus on these critical areas, where we are uniquely well-positioned, as they continue to gain prominence and relevance as key components of business success.
The present and the future
In 2015 Caroline Keetch rebranded our business as Halsey Keetch. Alex Keetch, himself an experienced headhunter, joined to co-run the business. Today, Halsey Keetch blends the thoroughness of the traditional headhunting approach, with a modern and innovative approach to research and reporting. Our firm’s DNA and ability to solve talent issues spanning the mission-critical governance and controls functions is unique and, as such, the Halsey name remains at the heart of the leadership network in these areas.
