We are driven by a passion for detail, excellence and personality, and a long-held vision to create a specialist retained search firm that stands out in the financial services sector.
Our continued specialism on the Governance, Regulatory and Controls functions originates from our focus on these areas since our inception back in 1988. We possess a deep understanding of the critical role these areas play in the successful and responsible growth of financial institutions.
We have always been inspired by the opportunity to leverage our methodical, creative, and context-rich search processes to connect our clients with the world’s best senior and emerging leaders. We seek to ensure that our clients can manage risk, meet regulatory obligations, and thrive in an ever-evolving landscape.
Our commitment to inclusion and diversity has been a cornerstone of our business from the very beginning. We firmly believe that embracing diverse perspectives is not just a moral imperative but a strategic advantage that drives innovation and success. By embedding related knowledge and findings into all our search and research projects, we have been able to support our clients in building more inclusive and effective leadership teams.
This dedication to what great leadership in these functions looks like has been instrumental in shaping Halsey Keetch into the highly accomplished firm it is today, and it continues to inspire our work as we look to the future.
