We work across investment management, banking and insurance.  Our specialism is our focus on the governance functions within financial services.

Do you work on global roles?

Yes, we regularly work on roles where we either need to search the global talent pool, or hire people who will be based overseas.  We are able to run searches that cover different geographical locations in parallel, in order that our clients have access to the very best range of talent.  We are experienced at negotiating relocation packages and handling the nuances of global search.

How are your fees agreed and structured?

All our work is retained.  Our fees for executive search processes are agreed with clients and fixed in advance of each assignment.  We believe in fairness and transparency and the avoidance of misplaced incentives.  Similarly, fees for research projects, and advisory assignments are agreed in advance and are based on factors such as the anticipated time and resource required for successful completion.

Can you work to support internal talent acquisition teams?

Given the specialist focus of our work, we often work with experienced and successful talent acquisition teams, who seek the best access to talent within the governance and controls functions.  We either run full processes, in partnership with our TA clients, or we can support their expertise by providing qualified search components for them to manage through to completion.  For example, we might provide a detailed long-list, or work to deliver a shortlist, and step aside once this research has been delivered.
