Gary has a unique background combining risk and governance expertise with leadership development and organisational change. After graduating from Cambridge University, Gary worked in education and the not-for-profit sector before leading management development in a subsidiary of TSB and Legal & General. He then led Learning and Change in Gartmore, working with senior managers and investment managers and went on to become Head of Organisation Development at NatWest. During a period as a Managing Consultant in KPMG’s Financial Services Regulatory practice Gary led some of the largest financial services change remediation projects and helped a range of banking, investment and insurance clients deal with the challenges of new regulation. In 2002, he founded Enterprise Learning, an award-winning governance, risk and change consultancy which he still leads.

As well as his degree, Gary is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, has an MBA and Masters in Executive Development. He speaks and researches on the topic of leadership and change in regulated organisations and is an Adjunct at Ashridge Executive Education, Hult International Business School.
