We are passionate about promoting diversity within the workplace, and we are co-led by one of the City's foremost female headhunters, Caroline Keetch. Caroline is associated with a number of diversity-driven organisations, including serving as an Ambassador for the Diversity Project, alongside some of the investment industry's most senior professionals.  She is also a member of the International Women's Forum.  We ensure that we are in touch with leading organisations in this area, including Women On Boards and Investment 2020. Hiring and promoting candidates from diverse backgrounds is essential to the effectiveness of our client organisations and their boards. We believe strongly in the need for cognitive diversity, and believe that diversity should be firmly on the risk agenda.
